This site, ourtopsites.com, is free to join, Free members get to add one program of their own, and their referral links to all the programs listed
that they are members of. This makes it easier to promote all your programs from one page. You can also earn cash from your referrals who upgrade to
Pro Members.
Pro Memberships cost $10.00 per year, and entitle you to add 10 programs of your own, as well as adding your referral links to all programs listed.
You also can earn referral commissions 5 levels deep

By joining ourtopsites.com you will be able to promote all your sites referral links wherever you like, our servers can handle massive traffic. If you
wish to upgrade your account, you receive more benefits than free members.

3. Does it cost money to join ourtopsites.com?
You can join as a free member, free memberships expire in a year from joining. It is better for the member to upgraded as they can add many more
sites.

4. How and when can I withdraw my earnings?
Cashout requests are open 24/7 if your cash balance is above $10.00. You will then receive your payment within the 7 business days of your request.
Business days are Monday-Friday; Saturday and Sunday ARE NOT business days. We are working in Australian Standard Times (GMT +10 hours). When you are
counting your days since withdrawal request, weekends do not count. Therefore, while we will pay you within 7 business days, it may actually turn on
to be about 9 days, although, we aim to pay well before the 7 days are over.
Please do not email us asking about your payment unless those 7 business days pass and you have still not been paid.

5. What payment processors you are using?
Our payment processors at this time are PayPal, Moneybookers and StormPay. We will accept E-gold to account number 2593174 but due to the fact that
they do not accept subscriptions, we would have to add it manually for you. Please contact us
with the payment details including batch number and we will have the upgrade to your account within 8 hours, but please feel free to contact us if it
has not appeared within 12 hours.

6. Can I purchase with one processor and withdraw to another?
Yes. Depending on funds availability at the time, if you purchase a pro membership with StormPay, but wish to be paid earnings with PayPal, and
we have funds available, we will do this. In the unlikely circumstance that no funds are currently in the processor you request withdrawal from, we
will contact you with options.

7. Can I have more than one account?
Yes, BUT with strict rules that will be applied. We allow more than one account so long as all but one of those accounts are upgraded. If we
find that you have multiple accounts that do not follow this rule, all of your accounts will be deleted, whether they are free or upgraded accounts.

8. What happens if ourtopsites.com goes out of business?
While we anticipate a long life for ourtopsites.com, if there comes a time when it is necessary to change or close our business completely, we promise
to give you as much notice as is humanly possible. We will also do everything we can to payout all outstanding balances and refund recently upgraded
memberships (4 months) should that occur.
Be assured, we have a "safety net" that ensures that we always have enough funds to at the very least refund all current upgrades.

Free members can add 1 program. Upgraded members can add 10 programss to the builder at a time.

You put the programs where you can earn from your referral links, like surf sites, paid to read sites, MLM, etc.

Some people advertise ourtopsites.com on other websites to get referrals, some put links on their own websites, or they just have a lot of friends!

If a member is in your downline has become inactive, or has requested deletion, they would have been deleted and therefore no longer appear in your
downline.
